How we handle information when you use Mindle.
1. Data we collect
Account email, profile settings, chat content, memory graph entries, tool usage, device/browser metadata, and payment status via our processor.
2. How we use data
To deliver chat and memory, improve safety and product quality, process subscriptions, and communicate service updates.
3. AI processing
Messages are processed by AI providers under contractual safeguards. We do not sell chat content to advertisers.
4. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure vendors, payment processors, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. Deletion requests remove primary records within 30 days, with backup purge up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on region, you may access, correct, export, or delete data. Contact support or use in-app controls.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure — report concerns promptly.
